Welcome to the new yearly cycle of the Adventist Virtual Library 2009-10!

1. During this cycle we will have various new data bases, such as:

   • ALTAS & ATLA – Religious data bases
   • ESBCO – Amplified for research purposes at the university level
   • E-LIBRO – This completely fills the need for textbooks. This data base was recommended by various libraries.
   • We have kept other data bases which were used last year.

2. We are announcing that for the month of August we will use just one password per zone to gain access to AVL; this will facilitate quick access to the data bases.

3. Let us remember that the links to our universities are available to complement any research.

4. Remember, your suggestions are always welcome.

5. We wish you success in the school year, which we hope will have God’s blessing; and we hope that this teaching tool will serve to complement your educational endeavors.
