With an act of dedication and commitment of the leaders of the Pathfinders, the Inter-American Division’s 3rd Pathfinder Camporee began this morning in Ciudad Deportiva of Mexico City.

Pastor Benjamin Carballo, youth ministries director and the camporee’s administrative director, introduced the directors of the youth ministries departments of the 21 unions of the Inter-American Division (IAD), who joined the general board to the stage during the program carried on in the three languages of the division: Spanish, English, and French.

In addition, present at the meeting were the conferences’ youth departments and district pastors, who together with directors of more than 600 clubs were consecrated to God and His service. They committed to being a “link in the great chain of salvation and service.”

Pastor Abner De los Santos, an IAD vice-president and camporee’s adviser presented the challenging message to the leaders.

“It is always possible to overcome giants when we surrender our hearts to Jesus Christ. There’s no giant that can’t be resisted,” De Los Santos.
